The calle (Venice’s lane) is closed and overlooks the north lagoon … thus, the only pedestrian are the few residents only. There are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity… you will sleep soundly!!
You will also find a modern and equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi.
Two bedrooms in each apartment, one of which is flexible that can switch from a double (or 2 single beds) into a living room with two sofas (please let us know your preferred arrangement). Each bedroom is equipped with online TV (Netflix) and air conditioning. Baby bed is available, upon request, at no additional cost.
Very close to Fondamenta Nove waterbus landing platform (4 minutes - all Venetian destinations and fast boat from/to the international airport) and surrounded by delicious restaurants and bars (we will let you know the best ones!). Next to the apartment there is also a pharmacy and an automatic laundry (3 minutes).

Cannareggio is a very large district on the northernmost part of the historic center of Venice.
It is, partially, a busy area, as many cross it only to go from the land landings to Rialto and San Marco, leaving out the most internal and particular part of the district.
It is an area absolutely worth discovering because it reserves secluded and little-frequented stunning corners, lived only by Venetians in their daily life. The places of interest are countless: the Ghetto, the churches of Sant'Alvise, the Madonna dell'Orto, the Jesuits, Fondamenta de la Sensa, the Sacca della Misericordia ... and much more.
Cannareggio is full of excellent restaurants and bacari (a type of popular Venetian tavern with a wide selection of wines by the glass and the typical "cicchetti" snacks) ... close to home you will find many ... and we will recommend the best ones!
Fondamenta Nove is the easiest and closest waterbus landing platform. It is just 250 meters away from the apartment (3 minutes) without bridges to cross!!
From the railway station "S.Lucia" to "Fondamenta Nove" with waterbuses 5.2 and 4.2 (26 minutes)
